Punch – Kick Workout
20x – Kwon Kiu Kwa Chop (10s/10f), both sides (total of 40)
20x – Lin Wan Chop (10s / 10f), both sides (total of 40)
20x – Front Snap Kick, Front Leg (10s / 10f), Both sides (total of 40)
20x – Front Snap Kick, Back Leg (10s / 10f), Both sides (total of 40)
Review & New
20x – Basic 5 to Poon Kiu Sau (slow).
Meditation / Closing Salute

Got a late start on the workout this evening.  It has been extremely hot (for San Diego) so I allowed short pants for the workout.

On the slow workout for the front snap kick, the idea is to move slow through the movement to practice control of the body and balance.
