I wanted to go through a quick review of some of the short “basics”. Great workout to get the heart pumping in the New Year. Right knee is doing good. Whatever was wrong with it seems to have disappeared, however I’m still cautious. The left knee became a problem after the right knee was corrected. However, it has gotten better to the point I am able to do “horse” sets and kicks. Let’s hope it gets better.
