15 Tuck Crunches
20 Jumping Air Squats

90x Tuck Crunches
120x Jumping Air Squats

My Time: 26m 35s

I figured, 6 rounds? No problem. Yeah right…after the 2nd round I was spent.  I struggled all the way to the end though.

Not too bad for trying to get back from bad knees.  I did feel a twinge in the left knee.

Nutrition post-WOD: 1 glass of water and Muscle Milk (Vanilla)
