Warm Up
– Da Bok / Sei Ping Ma to Din Ji Ma
– Kwa Sau (Double Kwa Sau)
– Pau Jong
– Cham Kiu
– Leg Muscle Stretches (Hamstrings, Quads, Groin)
– Push Ups (5 each) [Regular / Wide / Narrow / Knuckle / Wrists / Fingers]
– Sit Ups (5 each) [Tuck Crunches / Hollow Rocks / Ab Mats]

Punching / Kicking Drills
– 10x Kwon Kiu Kwa Chop / Lin Wan Chop (left forward)
– 10x Kwon Kiu Kwa Chop / Lin Wan Chop (right forward)
– 10x Front Snap (Left & Right)
– 10x Cross Kicks (Left & Right)
– 10x Round House (Left & Right)

It was supposed to rain.  No rain…weather people got it wrong again.  I thought I’d take the opportunity to work on some kung fu.  Knees seem to be working.  No pain….or barely any.  I did feel some twinges while dropping into horses in the beginning of the workout, but after warming up it went away.  I made a quick video of me (chubby) working on La Jau 4 & 5.
