– Hollow Rocks
– Back Extensions
– Dips
– Squats

Weight training

3 x 10 Overhead Press (65#)

Short workout, but effective.  The morning was cold, and it looks like rain is coming so I chose not to exercise outdoors today.  I got a late start today, hence the shortened workout.  I also was looking forward to breakfast (post-workout nutrition).  It’s “Paleo” and tastes awesome!

Post-workout nutrition: Bowl of grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and pecans. Excellent.
