1.3 mile walk

3 Rounds

  1. 50m Run / 30 HR Pushups / 30 Air Squats / 5 Deadlifts
  2. 50m Run / 20 HR Pushups / 20 Air Squats / 5 Deadlifts
  3. 50m Run / 10 HR Pushups / 10 Air Squats / 5 Deadlifts

 

Started with an early morning walk with the dog (because he needs to workout too). Knee pain was slight and disappeared by 0.5 mile, however lower back pain was at a level 2, and right calf tightened up with pain level at 3.  I had to stop a few times to relax the muscles.

So the knee pain seems to be waning, enough where I thought I’d try a short run.  It was good, yet not ready to do a mile run.  However, I thought i’d try some deep knee bending exercises….taking it easy of course…to see how the knee holds up.  I was feeling some tightness during the squats and deadlifts.  We’ll see how it holds up.
