Warm Up

Workout

Today’s workout was tabata-style workout.

1.  Leg lifting kettlebells
2. Single leg squat, other leg on bench
3. Back Squats (85#)
4. Chair Squat against wall and pass medicine ball
5. Sled Pull forward and back
6. Box Jumps (Modified due to Achilles tendon)
7. 1-leg kettlebell balance
8. Fire Hydrants
9. Bridge, Wipe?
10. Leg curls with large air ball

Slight pain in Achilles tendon.  No knee pain.
